Siddington Park forms the second development by Rangeford. A new build retirement community in the Cotswolds, the project includes the development of 14 buildings of assisted and independent living units, a wellbeing spa with swimming pool and hydro therapy, restaurant and bar, community lounges and support facilities.

Delivered by Rydon and located on a 12-acre former parkland site on the outskirts of Cirencester, the village will feature a selection of 1, 2 and 3 bed high-end apartments for the over 60’s and is due to be completed late summer 2022.
