As Director of the company Martin leads the Architecture department as a Chartered Architect. Educated at the University of Newcastle, his experience is wide ranging, but principally strong in the private healthcare and community sector where Design & Build procurement is more common place than other forms of delivery. The majority of the architectural schemes centre around construction values of c.£10m, with the current workload ranging from small works projects at £500k through to £50m.
